Well David, I’ve got a bedtime story for you, number it as you see fit. After years of listening to the unmistakable Best Sleep Center commercials, we decided to give your company a try. We started with your store in Steinbach, where the very knowledgeable Catherine educated us on the new mattresses that seemed to have as much engineering as the last car I bought. Despite being the only one in the store, and having several clients, Catherine was incredible in helping everyone, and making sure we all knew about how great your product was. The best part, NO SALES PRESSURE. She helped us pick the one that fit our needs the best, the one we liked, and gave us the ever so important spec sheet, with the no nonsense $1500 price tag, taxes in, no hidden fees.

We took what we had learned and challenged you to your own advice. We shopped at your competitors. Upon arrival at the other place, I quickly pulled out the spec sheet, armed with my new found knowledge and was ready to take the sales pitch head on. I believe the line was “Yes we have something similar, follow me”. Sure it felt nice, but at $4200 we thought the sales person was experiencing some kind of medical episode, but it was the very same bed Donald Trump sleeps on! Oh, but the company was having a “Secret Sale” that no one is supposed to know about. OUR price is $1700. We were being fed a line. They danced around the spec sheet question. The price expired at the end of the week. Convoluted foam is a good thing, the only reason a competitor would say different, is because they don’t offer it. Yikes. Their warranty is shorter, only non-prorated on certain mattresses, and on 90% of warranty claims, customers are satisfied. Um excuse me? 90% of warranty claims? Just how many of these need to be repaired/replaced???

I had heard enough. Back to Best Sleep Center. We quickly hightailed it out of there and rushed back to Catherine. We called her and let her know we were on our way back, but being near closing time we weren’t sure we’d make it in time. Well, again going above and beyond, we arrived late, but Catherine was there for us. We questioned why we had ever left in the first place. Our experience with the Best Sleep Center has been the best customer service experience we have had in a very long time.

We’ve been on this mattress for about 2 weeks now with our new pillows and sheets, and we’ve never slept better.
