Thought I would shoot this email off to you after our visit this evening.
This email represents the customers that you never hear from. The happy ones that never talk to you, as there is no reason too…. We’re happy.
We purchased our bed from you about 5-6 years ago. I remember dealing directly with you. I didn’t want your most expensive bed, or the cheapest. I needed a bed that would help me get my back fixed. I had just finished several visits to emergency due to extreme hostile back pain. Each visit ended with 2 large shots of morphine like drug in my backside. This only provided slight comfort – the pain remained. All I could do was suffer through it.
After discussing my situation, I went with your recommendation on a mattress. It has since provided the perfect support and allowed me to begin my healing process. My wife and I are most perfectly happy with our purchase from that day.
My back is in great shape these days due to several changes in my life, one of the most important changes was the mattress I purchased at your store.
I also wanted to thank your delivery guys – twice.
Twice? Yes…two times. A double thank you.
When they delivered my mattress the next day, they removed my old mattress, bed rails etc. This we had negotiated in your store. But….when they saw the shape I was in, they offered to completely setup the new mattress and reconfigure the furniture in the room they way we wanted it. This required moving some furniture around and assembling the new rails. This was beyond what they had expected from a regular delivery and took some extra time. These guys were happy to help me out – I was unable to walk.
The second thank you goes out to your (different) delivery guys again. My wife and I were since blessed with twin daughters. Our house was a hectic and busy home. When it came time to purchase beds for them it was just too easy. We phoned you, you told us what you recommend, we paid over the phone and your guys delivered it the next day to our house.
Again, we are very happy with the purchase, but, even more pleased with the delivery guys. Our house was a disaster the day they showed up. Most likely my wife answered the door completely spent with breast feeding and changing diapers on a 24 hr schedule.
Your guys took the existing cribs apart and placed them neatly in the garage, came back in and setup and assembled the new beds and completed my daughter’s bedroom. I came home to a transformed house and my wife didn’t lift a finger.
This was a really huge deal to us. We can’t thank these young guys enough for their thoughtfulness and awareness of the situation we were in at that time. This is the ultimate definition of value.
