Good Day Hal! I think it is human nature to make a big stink about things and let everybody know when things don’t go your way or if you have had a bad experience but few take the time to express thanks when the opposite is true… I want to share a positive service experience… We purchased a futon for our daughter at Best Sleep Center in December. Sadly the side arm began breaking piece by piece. Finally I decided I would call last week and see if there was anything they could do. Honestly I assumed because we live outside the perimeter and it’s been more than six months that this would be a great big hassle. I was ready for it actually! Guess what? I was pleasantly surprised. With NO hesitation at all the person who took my call emailed their tech support while still on the phone with me, the service tech called the next day, drove out to Stonewall to look at it on Saturday & had it fixed by 4pm Tuesday. AMAZING. Friendly, efficient, courteous. I just can not say enough about the service I received. The folks at Best Sleep Center deserve a HUGE pat on the back & I wish more places would take a page from their book. I will tell everyone I know that BSC is the place to shop. I hope you share this.
