The Royal Edge futon mattress is a firm, Canadian made mattress with foam encasement for more resilient sitting surface and additional support under the knees for getting up and better posture sitting. The inner construction is foam, with cotton and fibre fill used for the quilting, providing a softer touch.
The increased quantity of foam inside will help it to last longer and the foam encasement re-enforces the edge of the mattress preventing pre-mature edge breakdown when used primarily as a couch.
The mattress is thread tufted, so there are no annoying buttons or clips. The mattress comes white and you can dress it up with your own futon cover, or any of ours.
